Temporary closure of Sanssouci Park, the New Garden, the Sacrow Park and Peacock Island
Due to the damage caused by the storm on 26 June, Sanssouci Park, the New Garden, the Sacrow Park and Peacock Island will be closed for the time being today, Friday 27 June. This also applies to all the palaces in these parks. Both parks and palaces are expected to reopen in the course of the day. Tickets already purchased will be refunded.
The following applies to all open parks: For safety reasons, only walking on the paths is permitted; sunbathing areas must be avoided. Entering cordoned-off areas is prohibited.
We ask for your understanding that restrictions on visitor traffic cannot be ruled out in the coming days due to possible damage and clean-up work.
