Please note: Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of revocation for distance contracts does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Furthermore, pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 5 BGB, there is no right of revocation for contracts concerning the transport of passengers.
Accordingly, SPSG does not grant a right of revocation or return for the purchase of time-slot tickets or ferry tickets (Peacock Island) through the online ticket shop. All ticket orders are therefore binding and oblige the purchaser to pay for the tickets ordered.
