Information regarding a visit to the palaces and gardens of Potsdam on 16 June
On Tuesday, 16 June 2026, there will be significant disruption to train, S-Bahn, bus and tram services due to a bomb disposal operation in Potsdam city centre. Potsdam Central Station will be completely closed from 8.30 am. S-Bahn services from Berlin are expected to run only as far as Babelsberg.
Please allow plenty of time for your journey to the palaces and gardens. The restrictions will remain in place until the official all-clear is given.
