You can purchase a voucher for the annual pass at all palace ticket offices and online. The voucher must be redeemed within 3 years of the date of issue and converted into a personalized annual pass.
Until redeemed, the voucher entitles you to a one-time entry to a palace of your choice.
For personalization we need your first and last name as well as a digital photo that will be taken onsite. An email address is required in order to receive information about special events and offers.
You can obtain the personalized and non-transferable annual pass at one of our visitor centers.

Please note respective palace opening times and possible guided tours; some houses can only be visited during the summer season (April resp. May to October). Due to conservation projects, there may be occasional visit restrictions - we ask for your understanding.
IMPORTANT: Visits to Sanssouci Palace and the New Palace are subject to a fixed admission time. You can book your time slot online with the sanssouci+ ticket - or on site at the Historic Mill and New Palace Visitor Centers. Please plan some extra time for this.
