Restrictions on ferry services to Peacock Island

Due to repair work on the passenger ferry “Luise” and staff shortages, ferry services to Peacock Island for general visitors will be suspended 

on Tuesday, 4 August

During the summer season, the ferry to Peacock Island runs daily from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. It departs from the mainland at :15, :35 and :55 past the hour.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this restriction.

Restrictions on sending emails to @hotmail, @outlook and @live addresses

We are currently unable to send messages and tickets to Microsoft email addresses (e.g. @hotmail, @outlook, @live – including extensions such as .com, .de or .co.uk).

Please use a different email address for messages and bookings. We are working on a solution.

Due to extreme drought these days, trees have been severely damaged. Branches are at risk of falling. Please stay on the visitor paths and avoid to take a rest under old trees, even when it rains! In the event of severe weather warnings, it is essential to avoid visiting the parks. Find out about the current weather conditions before your visit to avoid dangers from falling branches or other weather-related risks.
