A room with a view


Casino Glienicke, Gartenansicht	Casino Glienicke, Saal im Erdgeschoss

In 1824/1825 Karl Friedrich Schinkel converted a building in Glienicke Park into the "Casino" or clubhouse. The building contained apartments for Prince Carl's guests on the first floor and an elegant hall on the ground floor. The rooms offer a broad view over the Havel.
